At Monevis, currently, you can request your payout exclusively through Riseworks. Please note that we are actively working on expanding our payout options, and more choices will be available in the near future.
To request a payout through Riseworks and ensure a smooth transaction process, please follow these steps:
Visit your Dashboard on the Monevis platform and navigate to the payout section.
Select Riseworks as your preferred withdrawal method and specify the payout amount.
Provide your email address for communication purposes.
Upon approval of your payout request, you will receive an invitation email from Riseworks.
Check your email inbox and click on the provided link to create a Riseworks account and complete the identity verification process.
Once your Riseworks account is verified, proceed to the Action Items section within the Riseworks dashboard to accept the invitation and sign the Agreement.
Please note that to ensure compliance and security, traders are required to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) process with both Monevis Funding and Riseworks through our partner, Sumsub (https://sumsub.com). Failure to complete this process may result in the rejection of your payout request.
